It’s time for a good night’s sleep

I bought a new bedroom set a few years ago. The mattress has a 20 year guarantee. What does that mean? That it will be comfortable to 20 years? Doubt it. If that is the case I should have traded it in. I have had the mattress for a little over 5 years. Not anywhere near comfortable. I was probably only happy with it for a few months. I have heard a lot about the memory foam mattresses. I have never tried them. I am thinking about going with bed wedges on the mattress I have now. I need the elevation and it looks oh so comfortable. Anyone ever try them?

Back to School

It’s that time of year again…well it has been for a few weeks at least. I am sure parents are the only excited ones this time of year. It’s almost like Christmas!

Need a little help?

Here it is almost September, three quarters of the year have come to pass. Wow, where does the time go? All year I have been “working” on my weight. It goes up, it goes down. I have not reached my goal. I get discourage before I reach my goal then the weight goes back up. I guess I have high unrealistic expectations? Or maybe I am at the age where I need a little extra help. I decided to search for the best diet pills on the market to maybe give me a little boost. Anyone else had any similar experiences?
