“The Business of Business”
Businesses have to be diversified in their capability of reaching each of their colleagues. There are many different types of employees in today’s labor market. Today, a large number of employees are based out of their home. One of the many benefits of the “stay at home” employee is not having to deal with commuting. The down side of not commuting to the office is missing the day to day operations of business as usual.
In today’s economy, most businesses are looking for ways to cut costs. How are they going to pay to send some of their key employees for continuing education? The answer is web collaboration.
The cost of one webinar could be the same cost of sending one employee to a day’s training. The webinar can teach a dozen employees or more.
Web and video conferencing brings the employee and workplace together as one. It is interactive as if the employee commuted to the city. How great is that? Web and video conferencing is great for big business - international business. Can you comprehend how much time and money is saved being able to conduct business throughout the world via live connection?
Do you know how long video conferencing has been around? How much the technology has evolved? What has been your experience?
