As the economy turn bad now, there could be a rise in blogs as many got axed by corporate companies. But for now, the number of blogs are still acceptable. Congrats on the successful business, in spite of the odds. Reminds me of a pizza joint that opened up on the "bad" side of town (which happens to be where I live). The place was a dump on the edge of a warehouse district and whatever was there before never really made it. This guy was determined and didn't listen to the naysayers. He turned it into something special by offered a great product with great service and a unique atmosphere.
