“Is It Really Your Time?”

No matter who you are, your social status, how much money you make, where you came from, your gender or race, we are all allotted the same amount of time. 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week. That is a pretty good system – fair. We might not all have the same anything else but as far as time is concerned – it’s an equal deal! Time is gift and we all received the same exact gift.

So if your time is your time, then you are in charge. You and you alone decide what you are going to do with your time, how you are going to spend it, Once you spend it, it’s gone. You can never get it back. And more time is not guaranteed.

Do you spend your time wisely or do you waste your time?

What do you call “wasted time”? Is it time spent doing something you don’t want to do? Is it time doing something unproductive? If you spend an hour in the hot tub with candles, wine and Kenny G ( on Cd – not the actual artist ) is that a waste of time? I think NOT! Sounds like a total dream to me.

Everyone has their own opinion of wasted time versus productive time. It’s all relative. It’s your gift, you can use it how you choose.

If other people are always filling your time with activities of their choosing, is it really your time? Who’s time is more important than yours? Remember, everyone has the same amount of time. Some people want to fill their time and yours too. If you don’t fill your time, other people will!

Do you feel like you are in charge of your time?
