“What Are Bloggeries?”
“Bloggeries” = a synonym for the term blog posts or posts.
Rob of www.bloggeries.com has coined the word Bloggeries to replace the word posts! Simple as that. He was sponsoring a contest this week to win a Nano Ipod. I just found out about the contest today, so in a hurry to enter I missed a small detail. The contest ended on the 16th but I aaaassumed of course at midnight but 5pm was the deadline.
The simplest contest I’ve ever seen - Use the word Bloggeries and send the link of your bloggerie to Rob at Twitter. How easy is that? Well I missed the contest but I think “bloggeries” is a cool term so I thought I’d write about it anyway!
Rob at Bloggeries.com also has a Forum. I just joined so I am not real familiar with all that is happening but for my first impression, it looks great. I’ve been looking around for a forum to join and I think I found a new home!
I wanted to join a community to share ideas and information; to learn and to help. Forums are also a good place to network.
I have not been able to use the “schedule post bloggerie” feature in WordPress since I upgraded to 2.6.2. To be honest, I have tweaked and upgraded and changed themes, etc. so I am not sure when the scheduled bloggerie feature stopped working!
