My daughter was in a car accident in April and has problems with her sciatic nerve. I know somedays it&#039;s hard for her to move much.  Glad to hear you are feeling better.</description>

		<description>all very good tips BN.  i&#039;ve been trying to figure out what rest is.  when i go to bed early i wake up tired, when i go to be later, i can wake up easy.  seems like i should alternate between early and late.

my diet needs tweeking and my exercise should be able to resume since my sciatic nerve seems to feel better.</description>
